**IDA-IA 2022 Conference Universal Design for Learning: Meeting Everyone’s Needs in the Classroom will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Mount Mercy University CRST International Graduate Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. We will be holding a silent auction at our 2022 Conference in September. Come join the fun and see all the wonderful baskets you could bid on and win.
We plan to have a morning session with keynote national expert, Paula Moraine, along with an afternoon track filled with a variety of topics that will meet the needs of families, students, counselors, therapists, and educators alike.
Paula Moraine, M.Ed., has been a teacher and tutor for elementary grades, high school, college students, as well as a mentor, coach, and adult educator in teacher training programs in the US, Germany, and Scotland. She has lectured widely in the US and abroad and is the author of Helping Students Take Control of Everyday Executive Functions – The Attention Fix (2012) and Autism and Everyday Executive Functions (2015).
We are delighted that Paula Moraine will be with us on September 17th, 2022 and grateful to Mount Mercy University for hosting the venue for the day. These collaborations lessen the cost of providing such specific education to our region and allow us to provide such education at a very affordable cost. Please help us support these needed training opportunities and help us spread the word so we may impact and reach a record number of attendees this year!
