A group of volunteers of all ages at Saint Andrew Presbyterian church in Iowa City are working with organizations in their community and around the world. Partnering with HACAP to get food at a reasonable cost and with produce from their "LETTUCE FEED OTHERS" garden, they work with organizations to provide food to others in need. Volunteers help with bagging and distributing the food and join in activities with those they serve like offering cooking classes for children or making casseroles for the Free Lunch program. Some other organizations they assist include Agape Cafe, The Neighborhood Center of Johnson County, and local food pantries. They also work with organizations around the world like Impacto in Guatemala who provides food to children in an after school program called Happy Tummies.
