Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters has been enriching children’s lives. We match and support youth in 1-to-1 relationships with caring adults to make a Big difference for them and for the community.

Communities with strong mentoring programs see reduced crime rates, improved school performance, and increase civic engagement. Every $1 invested in mentoring returns $3 in public benefit through reduced spending on criminal justice, social services, and remedial education. Youth who have a mentor are 54% less likely to be arrested and 52% less likely to skip school.
