As part of Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Arkansas, Boys & Girls Club of McGehee has been helping youth in the Mississippi River Delta region of Arkansas reach their full potential as caring, productive, responsible citizens since 1999. Over the last 25 years, more than 3,000 youth have taken part in the academic success, character development, healthy habits, and workforce readiness programs that the Club offers through its afterschool and summer programs.

Since 2014, our Clubs have served an additional 13,000 youth through community outreach programs, including Christmas toy giveaways, in-school recreation and enrichment programs, 5th Quarters, community events, and organized sports leagues. With a commitment to ensuring every child in our area has what they need to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential, Boys & Girls Club of McGehee is continuously looking to expand opportunities for kids like Brooklyn. Brooklyn says,

"I like the Boys & Girls Club because of the games we play in the Gym and the activities we do in the Art Room. The staff are really cool and fun. I enjoy coming to the Boys & Girls Club!”

Your support helps Brooklyn and hundreds of other kids like her have a home away from home when school is not in session, a place where they get a hot meal, time with highly trained and caring adult mentors, and the socialization and community they need to thrive.
