Hey everyone! For those of you who don’t know us personally, I’m Kelsey, and this is my husband Jarrod. We are both 25 and love Jesus, family, our fur babies, and adventure. We are newly weds as of September 23, 2023! Fresh, we know, but adoption is something we have talked about since before we were even married. Before we even started dating, Jarrod knew I couldn’t conceive/carry babies.
To some men that may have been an automatic potential wife disqualification.. but with a relationship rooted in friendship, and an unconditional love like God, Jarrod saw me worthy still. We love watching our nieces, nephews, and the bonus babies in our lives grow. With every visit, sleepover, and memory, our hearts yearn more and more for one of our own. We can’t wait to live out that dream in Gods timing.
We are excited to share with you that after just scratching the surface of the adoption journey, we had a lovely family contact us. Over the past couple weeks we have been getting to know each other. They expressed to us that they would love for us to love on their baby boy. Within just a VERY short couple months, we could very well be parents! We would’ve never dreamed that this could potentially happen so quickly!
